At BAGSMART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't the perfect fit for your lifestyle, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused bag in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
